Organizational Statement

The Good Samaritan Society Mission registered under the Federal Republic of Nigeria Companies and Allied Matters Decree No 1 of 1990 is an outreach of the Good Samaritan Society of America registered under section 501(C)(3) of the State of Minnesota, USA.

 

We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization for the purpose of providing in general, charitable, educational, health care services and other eleemosynary services to all humanity regardless of their religion, gender, race, creed or ethnic origin.

 

 

Moral Character Statement

A member of the Good Samaritan Society of America, Nigeria Chapter is a person of good character, honest, caring for one another, trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, reverent, and unwilling to give or accept bribes. Stealing, cheating or the abuse of others and their properties will not be tolerated.  A Society member exhibits selfless service to the community and lives his/her life to the highest code of ethics.  Any member found guilty or convicted of any crime against the state or humanity shall have their membership terminated.

 

 

Doctrinal Statement

The Good Samaritan Society of America and The Good Samaritan Society Mission of Nigeria is open to all races, ethnic peoples and creeds.  However, The Society believes that Jesus Christ is the Holy Son of God and the Salvation of the world.  We also believe that the Bible is the Holy Word of God and the final authority in all matters of religion, faith and daily living.  Non-Christian people are welcome in the Society, but must understand that all decisions and policies will be derived from our Christian beliefs and that these beliefs will not be compromised.

Facility Use Policy

The facilities of The Good Samaritan Society Mission have been beautifully prepared to benefit the people who use them.  It is expected that Society Members will treat all facilities with the utmost respect and care and encourage all people to do the same.  This will ensure the ongoing effectiveness of these facilities.

 

Excellent Toilet facilities are provided at the TGSSM village.  For the sake of sanitary and environmental concerns, all people are expected to use the facilities provided.  This is the only acceptable place for easement in the Mission Village.

 

Use of Tobacco, Alcohol or any other drugs are strictly prohibited on the grounds of  The Good Samaritan Society Mission Village.
